Another wonderful family and another wonderful shoot. Little “Miss S”was so cute I felt like snapping photos of her all night. She unfortunately gave in before I did….that happens when you are one. Princess Fairy

Here are just a few gorgeous pictures (there were so many, but I HAD to choose only a few….) of “Miss S” as a Princess Fairy. I love taking photos of kids “playing dress up!” Ahhh to be a child again! Mystery and wonder can be found in the most simple things of life, like fairy wings, and bubbles!

Wedding Invite

I just wanted to post the “final” product from the “Summer Love” shoot. Here is the invitation with the couple’s chosen photo. They were in a bind as far as ordering invitations and getting them back in time for printing. Sooooo I did a little Photoshop magic so they could mail the invite out in time! They are going with a fun, bright, gerber daisy themed, garden wedding. Man, I can’t wait to shoot the wedding. Bathing Beauties

I often have people ask me what kind of camera to purchase to achieve “great” photos. A super expensive camera is just that unless you know how to use it. You can take great photos using almost any type of camera. The lighting, composition, posing of the subject, and background are all to be considered when taking great photographs. The two photos in this post are not my absolute “favorite” photos that I have ever taken, however I wanted to post them because I used a point and shoot camera while out on the lake (I don’t haul my nice camera everywhere I go) and voile!-some lovely photos of two bathing beauties.

Tennessee Teens

I have just made it a goal to visit Nashville! (NOT because I like country music, because I don’t. Who would have guessed? But hey I am getting off the subject.) Spencer and Jesse were so polite and yet still so spunky! (I LOVE IT! A mix of manners and spunkiness mixed inside not one, but two teens!) During the shoot, they told me all about Nashville and it was enough to make me want want to visit. Have you been there?

Summer Love

I meet a lot of couples and take a lot of engagement photos, but I must say that this couple has a special spark about them. They are so cute together! I am pretty sure that Rob came out of a Disney Movie. He is Prince Charming and Stephanie is his beautiful princess. She is as lovely on the outside as she is on the inside. They are definetely in for a “Happily Ever After.”
